Eddy Temple-Morris’s warm, distinctive voice-print has been heard at the forefront of some of the biggest radio networks across the UK.
Eddy was the voice of BBC Radio One when the station changed its identity in the mid-late nineties. Through the Noughties Eddy was the Virgin Radio station voice (now Absolute Radio), and the station voice for the entire GWR Network, what is now Capital Radio. Brands from Ministry Of Sound to SKY TV have used Eddy’s voice as their front line aural image.
A whole raft of programs on The Discovery Channel, and pretty much every other TV channel, has been narrated by Eddy. He’s now on his third series of Mobil One The Grid, on Channel 4 in the UK, and shown in almost every country in the world.
Eddy’s voice has been utilised in adverts for household name brands like Kelloggs or Citroen, right through to cool ads for bands like Niki & The Dove, or Placebo.
His enthusiasm can cut through a script, really lift it off the page and give it a strong, natural sell. He can also deliver the kind of relaxed, authoritative delivery required for programs that deal with more sensitive subjects. Eddy has voice narrated TV programs about sharks, car accidents, surviving cancer, right through to music, fashion and arts. A true man-for-all-seasons.
Eddy is represented by Rabbit Vocal Management, you can listen to his showreel on their website
